install-bay-bnbc
Install Bay BNBC Blue 16–14 AWG Nylon Butt Connectors – 100 Pack

Product Overview

Join matching 16–14 AWG conductors with the Install Bay BNBC nylon butt connectors. This 100-piece package supplies blue insulated inline splices for building or repairing wiring connections where a permanent crimped joint is preferred over a removable plug.

The nylon sleeve insulates the crimp area and provides resistance to abrasion and impacts. The butt-splice layout accepts wire ends from opposite sides, keeping the splice in line with the harness rather than adding a stud or blade connection. The 100-piece bag keeps this specific wire size together for consistent selection at the workbench.

Key Features

16–14 AWG wire range identifies the intended conductor size.

Blue nylon insulation distinguishes this connector at the bench.

100 individual butt connectors per package, not 100 wire pairs.

Inline splice format for a compact, permanent crimp connection.

Specifications

Brand

Install Bay

Manufacturer part number

BNBC

Connector style

Inline butt splice

Wire size

16–14 AWG

Insulation

Nylon

Color

Blue

Package quantity

100 connectors

Selection and Installation Notes

Check the conductor size at both ends of the splice and use a crimping tool appropriate for the 16–14 AWG connector. Prepare the wire without cutting strands, crimp each end securely, and inspect and gently pull-test the finished connection with the circuit de-energized. The listed price is for the package, not one loose connector.

Is this a removable connector?

No. A butt splice is a crimped wire joint, not a male/female disconnect. Choose a mating disconnect system if the circuit needs regular separation.

Can I choose the size from the insulation color alone?

Use the specified 16–14 AWG range and the BNBC part number. Color helps identification but does not replace checking wire size.

Is a crimp tool included?

This package contains connectors only. Use a suitable crimping tool and follow the installation requirements for the circuit.

California Proposition 65 Warning

This product can expose you to Antimony oxide (antimony trioxide) , which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, and Bisphenol a (BPA) , which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
