Mobile Solutions has scheduled its Advanced Door Panel MasterClass for November 19–22, 2026, at its headquarters in Tempe, Arizona. The company detailed the four-day door panel fabrication training in an October 5 announcement, bringing digital design, fabrication and upholstery together in a hands-on project.
Door panel fabrication training, from scan to finished panel
The announced program covers Peel 3D scanning, Autodesk Fusion 360, CNC routing, laser fabrication and 3D printing. Mobile Solutions says students will work through a complete door panel and leave with a take-home project.
The practical interest for a custom-audio shop is the connection between those stages. A design needs to move from an idea to parts that can be made, assembled and finished. When evaluating training, it helps to identify where that process currently slows down in your own shop.
Finishing gets its own attention
The curriculum also includes layered designs, accent lighting, aluminum and acrylic trim, pressed-metal grilles, veneers and vinyl wrapping. Upholstery topics include choosing materials, patterning and stitching. Backside panel finishing is part of the listed course content, too.
For installers, a useful goal is to bring back a process that can be repeated on the next job. Consider how a proposed design will be documented, how its materials will be selected and how the finished work will be explained to the customer. Those are practical questions to keep alongside the visual inspiration.
November dates and planning details
The organizer lists class hours of 8:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day and tuition of $1,999.98. Hotel accommodation is separate. These are the organizer’s published details as of October 5, 2026.
The November session continues a door panel training program Mobile Solutions has offered for years.
