Description
The SSV Works 250-BR-PHZ+DS10K adds a 10-inch Kicker CompRT subwoofer and KPX500.1 amplifier to compatible four-door Ford Broncos. Its enclosure mounts on the driver side, with the amplifier and mounting plate behind the driver-side panel. The kit connects to the vehicle's factory subwoofer output harness.
- Subwoofer rating: 400 watts RMS / 800 watts maximum; sensitivity: 84.8 dB.
- Amplifier: Kicker KPX500.1; published frequency response: 10–160 Hz.
Fitment and installation requirements
- 2023–2026 four-door models listed by SSV Works: Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Heritage Edition, Badlands, Everglades, Wildtrak, Heritage Limited and Raptor.
- 2021–2022: Outer Banks, Badlands and Wildtrak with B&O audio only; 2022 Raptor with B&O audio only.
- Not compatible with two-door Broncos or 2021–2022 standard six-speaker/non-Lux systems, which lack the required output harness.
- FORScan activation is required for vehicles with no factory subwoofer or a dummy subwoofer. Vehicles with an installed B&O or Visteon subwoofer do not require this activation.
