Receivers and source units

A new receiver can change how you connect your phone, select music and control your system. Soundstream offers multiple receiver formats, including floating-screen and DIN-sized designs. Features vary by model: verify wired versus wireless smartphone integration, screen clearance, camera inputs and the dash kit or interface your vehicle needs.

Amplifiers

Match an amplifier to your speakers and electrical system, not just the largest number on the box. Compare RMS output at the actual impedance you will use, channel count, physical dimensions and wiring requirements. A monoblock is intended for a different job than a multichannel amplifier powering front and rear speakers.

Subwoofers, speakers and tweeters

Subwoofer diameter is only one part of a compatible bass system. Check voice-coil configuration, mounting depth, recommended enclosure requirements and amplifier load. For door speakers and tweeters, verify cutout size, depth, sensitivity and crossover requirements before ordering. Pro-audio drivers also need appropriate filtering and system planning.

Signal processing and rear-seat entertainment

Choose processing based on the inputs, outputs and adjustments your installation needs. For rear-seat video and headphones, review the exact connection method and compatibility rather than assuming every wireless headphone works with a phone or every monitor.

Plan a complete installation

  • Confirm vehicle fit and required mounting hardware.
  • Match amplifier RMS output and minimum supported impedance to the connected drivers.
  • Allow room for ventilation, wiring and service access.
  • Check which accessories are included and which must be purchased separately.
