Q-Power BASS12 3HOLE - Triple 12" Sealed Speaker Box

Q-Power at 12 Volt Outlet

Give your bass a place to get serious.

A great subwoofer deserves an enclosure chosen with the same care as the driver itself. Q-Power gives you a wide selection to work with: carpeted boxes, QBomb designs, QLuxe vehicle-specific enclosures and speaker pods. From a single-sub daily driver to a truck with a much bigger bass plan, the right starting point is a box that suits both the equipment and the vehicle.

We're proud to bring Q-Power into the 12 Volt Outlet lineup. Our Q-Power partnership announcement explains why we put the enclosure at the center of the build. Here, we'll help you narrow the choices before you start measuring, wiring and turning it up.

Find your direction in the Q-Power range

Carpeted boxes: familiar looks, different layouts

The carpeted selection includes single-, dual- and larger multi-driver enclosures. Our HD110 is a single 10-inch sealed example; the HD110 VENTED takes a different enclosure approach. The BASS12 3HOLE and BASS12 4HOLE T move into triple- and quad-12-inch sealed layouts. Pick the driver count because it serves your system goal, not simply because more openings look impressive.

QBomb: plenty of ways to build the low end

The QBomb selection includes sealed and vented formats, different port arrangements and several driver sizes. Compare the QBOMB12 SEALED SINGLE with the QBOMB12V dual-12-inch vented enclosure, or explore a smaller-diameter layout with the QBOMB8V. Keep the full model suffix in your notes. SINGLE, V, VL and other identifiers distinguish products whose dimensions and internal arrangements can differ.

Vehicle-specific and QLuxe options

Q-Power offers application-specific enclosures for a variety of trucks and other vehicles, with QLuxe adding another family to investigate. Our selection includes QL-FORD10 2009 DF and QL-GMC12 2019 4DR listings. Start with the exact cab and seating configuration, then check the stated application. A model-year range alone cannot answer questions about trim differences, factory equipment or previous modifications.

Shallow boxes, speaker pods and finishing materials

The range also gives smaller projects room to breathe. Look at QBSHALLOW10 DF for a shallow-format enclosure comparison, QPOD65 QUAD for a multi-speaker pod layout, and the listed speaker-box carpet when planning a finished appearance. A pod and a subwoofer box serve different jobs, so choose around the intended driver and mounting location.

Choose the box before the shopping list gets bigger

Match the airspace, not just the hole

A 12-inch opening does not make an enclosure suitable for every 12-inch subwoofer. Compare the driver's recommended enclosure type and net volume with the box documentation. Establish whether a volume figure covers one chamber or the whole enclosure, and whether driver displacement still needs to be deducted. If the listing leaves that unclear, resolve it before ordering.

For a vented box, port dimensions and tuning are part of the acoustic design. Confirm the driver's suitability and the filtering required for that combination. For a sealed box, the enclosed airspace still matters. Choose the design that supports your listening goal rather than assuming one enclosure type is always louder or better.

Measure the entire installation

Check the trunk opening or door route as well as the final location. Allow space for the speaker basket, terminals, cone movement and any grille. Truck installations also need clearance around seat movement, under-seat equipment and storage you want to retain. Leave a vented enclosure's port the clearance its design requires.

Make multi-driver plans complete

A triple- or quad-subwoofer enclosure needs a deliberate wiring arrangement. Count every voice coil, establish the final load and check that the amplifier supports it. Use the documented chamber arrangement and appropriate drivers. Plan secure retention for the enclosure and protect cables from cargo, sharp edges and moving parts.

Bring the enclosure model, exact subwoofer, vehicle details and measurements to 12 Volt Outlet if you need help narrowing the choice. Those details are much more useful than “Will this fit a twelve?”

Q-Power questions, answered

Are these empty boxes or complete bass systems?

Our examples here are enclosure listings. Do not assume subwoofers, an amplifier or an installation kit are included. Check the individual product's contents before building your order.

Does a vehicle-specific box guarantee my subwoofer fits?

No. Vehicle fit and driver fit are separate checks. Confirm the box application, then compare cutout, mounting depth, internal volume and front clearance with your exact subwoofer.

Is every QBomb enclosure ported?

No. The selection includes sealed and vented models. Read the complete model description rather than choosing from the family name or finish.

Can I put a standard-depth subwoofer in a shallow box?

Only if every relevant dimension and enclosure requirement is met. A matching nominal diameter does not overcome insufficient mounting depth or airspace.

Where should I begin browsing?

Open the full Q-Power collection, narrow by the enclosure format and driver layout you need, then compare individual dimensions and application notes. Product pages provide current price and availability.
