Red Install Bay RNMB .156-inch male nylon bullet connector for 22–18 AWG wire

Bullet Connectors

(4 products)

Build a separable round-terminal connection

Bullet connectors provide a round male-and-female interface when wiring needs to come apart for service. The Install Bay connectors in this collection have a .156-inch nominal bullet size and nylon insulation. Select the wire range for each conductor and the correct male or female terminal for its mating connection.

Four part numbers, two wire ranges

  • RNMB: red male bullet connectors for 22–18 AWG wire.
  • RNFB: red female bullet connectors for 22–18 AWG wire.
  • BNMB: blue male bullet connectors for 16–14 AWG wire.
  • BNFB: blue female bullet connectors for 16–14 AWG wire.

Each listing supplies 100 individual terminals of the stated type. Plan the male and female quantities separately when making new connections; a single bag is not a mixed set of 100 mating pairs. For a repair, inspect the existing terminal shape and nominal size before ordering its counterpart.

Bullet connector questions

Is .156 inch the wire size?

The .156-inch dimension identifies the bullet interface. The AWG range identifies the wire accepted by the crimp end. Both specifications matter, and matching insulation colors alone does not establish fit.

Will these fit a flat blade terminal?

Bullet connectors use a round interface. Flat male tabs and female receptacles belong to the Quick Disconnects range and need their own matching tab dimensions.

What does the nylon sleeve provide?

It supplies the specified connector insulation. These products are not listed as sealed waterproof connections. Confirm the complete connection suits its location, use an appropriate crimp tool and check engagement with the circuit de-energized.
