Installation & Compatibility Notes
- Does not fit the fifth-generation Ram 1500. Check the body generation as well as the year and cab style; a 2019 or newer Classic is a different application from the fifth-generation 1500.
- Install the included 2.5-inch steel seat-lift kit; it is required for proper fit.
- Subwoofers with larger frames may require the installer to trim the mounting opening. Compare the cutout, depth and magnet dimensions before selecting a subwoofer.
- Do not route the amplifier power cable beneath the enclosure. The close fit can cause a large cable to raise the box into the seat.
- Choose the 12-to-10-inch adapter configuration only for compatible 10-inch subs.
