The Hifonics BRUTUS BG-1000.2 is a high-performance Super D Classâ„¢ two-channel car audio amplifier engineered to deliver up to 1000 watts of clean, reliable output. Built with dual toroidal transformers and a high-frequency PWM power supply, it maintains optimal efficiency across demanding acoustic loads.
Advanced thermal management is powered by a mass-loaded extruded aluminum heat sink and a four-layer PCB design for enhanced operating stability. High-tolerance MOSFET components and shielded inductors provide ultra-low EMI and distortion-free sound reproduction.
Equipped with versatile integration options, this amplifier features nickel-plated RCA inputs, high-level speaker inputs with DC signal sense auto turn-on, and variable electronic crossovers. The stylized front badging features selectable blue LED illumination with dynamic VU meter operation for real-time output monitoring.
