Description

Product Overview

The iBEAM TE-DVR-DL4K combines two adjustable cameras with a built-in DVR and 3-inch viewing screen. One camera records in 4K and the second in Full HD 1080p, giving you a way to document two angles from one windshield-mounted unit.

Aim the lenses for the views you need, such as the road ahead and the vehicle interior. The screen supports front, interior and picture-in-picture viewing. Both lenses are part of the dash-camera body; this is not a kit with a separate camera mounted at the rear bumper.

Why Choose This Product?

Choose the TE-DVR-DL4K when a single forward view is not enough but you want both cameras in one housing. The adjustable second lens can document the cabin or another useful angle, while the integrated screen makes framing and playback accessible at the windshield.

Its recording modes offer a clear choice between the highest listed front-camera resolution and the 30 fps lower-resolution combinations. It is important to distinguish this configuration from a dual-4K system: only one of the two cameras is 4K.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Fit a compatible memory card, attach the suction mount and position the unit near the top of the windshield without blocking the driver's sightline. Adjust both lenses, check the displayed images and route the supplied 11-foot cable to the vehicle's DC accessory socket.

A camera aimed through the cabin toward the rear window can only record what is visible from that location. Seats, passengers, cargo, tint and the vehicle body can obstruct that view. It does not replace a separately mounted exterior reverse camera.

Verify whether the DC socket switches off with the ignition. Metra warns that an always-powered socket may require disconnecting the camera to avoid battery discharge. Parking functions depend on settings and power availability. Universal mounting does not guarantee fitment in every vehicle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are both cameras 4K?

No. The system pairs one 4K camera with one Full HD 1080p camera. The highest listed simultaneous recording mode is 4K + FHD P25.

Does it include a separate rear-window or bumper camera?

No. Both adjustable lenses are integrated into the main unit. Their usable views depend on lens direction and obstructions in the vehicle.

Can both views appear on the screen?

Yes. The controls offer picture-in-picture as well as front-only and interior-only views.

What memory card should I buy?

Use a Class 10 or higher micro memory card up to 128 GB. A card is not included.

Can it record sound and lock an important clip?

Yes. Audio is selectable, and emergency locking can be triggered by the G-sensor or manually using the camera controls. Back up footage you need to retain.
