Why Choose the PL-622HB?
The PL-622HB is a disc-free choice for digital-media listening. Its combination of Bluetooth, removable-media inputs and a camera connection helps cover common daily-use needs without a DVD mechanism.
Installation & Compatibility
Confirm the receiver format, mounting depth and available space in your vehicle before ordering. A matching DIN size alone does not guarantee a complete fit.
A vehicle-specific dash kit, wiring adapter, antenna adapter or factory-system interface may be needed. Verify the requirements for your exact vehicle and equipment with your installer. Camera inputs need compatible cameras, power and trigger wiring. PhoneLink compatibility depends on the phone and connection; it is not a substitute claim for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Set up phone connections and display controls while parked, and use video features only where lawful and safe.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the PL-622HB have a disc drive?
No. It is a mechless receiver with no CD/DVD slot.
Is PhoneLink the same as CarPlay or Android Auto?
No. The source lists PhoneLink screen mirroring; that is a separate feature and should be checked for compatibility with your particular phone.
What sources are available beyond Bluetooth?
USB, microSD and auxiliary playback are listed. Bluetooth handles calls and A2DP streaming.
Can I add a reverse camera?
The model has a triggered rear/reverse camera input for a compatible camera and installation.
