Why Choose This Product?
Choose this SA-15v2 version when its 30.00 x 16.50 x 17.22-inch dimensions suit your available space. The 44.00 in² port area and 35 Hz tuning are specific to this model, so do not substitute specifications from another Tru Spec 15-inch enclosure.
Installation & Compatibility Notes
- Supplier-listed applications: Sundown SA-15v2 15-inch.
- Measure the intended vehicle space and its access opening. Check basket and motor clearance, mounting depth, terminals and cone clearance against the actual driver. No vehicle-specific fitment is claimed.
- A maximum mounting-depth measurement is not provided in the supplier description. Confirm clearance for your exact subwoofer before purchase.
- Leave the port opening unobstructed and confirm the driver manufacturer's recommended ported volume and tuning. Secure the enclosure appropriately for the vehicle installation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are subwoofers included?
No. This listing is for an empty ported enclosure only. The 1 compatible 15-inch subwoofer is selected and purchased separately.
Does matching the nominal subwoofer size guarantee compatibility?
No. Confirm the exact model, cutout, mounting depth, basket clearance, displacement and recommended enclosure volume. A 15-inch size label alone is not enough to establish fit.
Will this enclosure fit my vehicle?
Vehicle-specific fitment is not provided. Compare the external dimensions with the installation area and access opening, then allow space for the driver, wiring and unobstructed port.
