The Hifonics BRUTUS GAMMA BG-2200.1D is a dedicated mono subwoofer car audio amplifier engineered to deliver up to 2200 watts of high-efficiency output. Utilizing proprietary Super D-Class topology paired with Ultra-Fi MOSFET output devices, it ensures musical power delivery with minimal distortion and reduced operating temperatures.
Constructed with a classic aluminum heatsink and a Simpatico dual-coil Pulse Width Modulated power supply, this amplifier maintains stable voltage and prevents heat buildup during demanding operation. Heavy-duty nickel-plated connections with allen-head set screws provide secure wire termination, complemented by diagnostic LED system protection circuitry.
Comprehensive sound customization is achieved through onboard variable electronic crossovers, a 15Hz to 35Hz subsonic filter, 0 to 180 degree phase adjustment, and built-in bass boost. An included wired bass remote allows straightforward output control directly from within the vehicle cabin.
