Technical Specifications

Why Choose This Product?

The AF.694 belongs in a speaker upgrade planned around mounting space, amplifier matching and the intended frequency coverage. Work through the physical installation and crossover arrangement as carefully as the power rating so the driver is used for the job it is designed to perform. For this model, the listed feature set includes Nominal speaker size: 6x9 inches. Check how that feature fits your intended system rather than substituting specifications from a similar model.

Installation & Compatibility Notes

Confirm mounting depth, cutout size and clearance before installation. Use suitable crossover filtering and match amplifier output to the manufacturer’s continuous-power guidance. Maximum or unspecified input-power figures are not interchangeable with an RMS rating.

Check cutout, mounting depth, fastener clearance and the space behind the grille before modifying a panel. Protect terminals from contact with metal and use appropriate crossover filtering. Confirm the listing’s stated quantity when planning left/right coverage; a pair rating must not automatically be treated as a per-driver rating.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much mounting depth does the AF.694 require?

The listed mounting depth is 3.25". Allow additional room for terminals, wire routing and clearance behind the driver; nominal speaker diameter alone does not establish fit.

What nominal size is the AF.694?

Nominal speaker size: 6x9 inches. Nominal size is a starting point; cutout and mounting depth must be checked separately.

Is the AF.694 a direct-fit replacement for my vehicle?

A shared nominal speaker size is not a vehicle-fit guarantee. Compare cutout, depth, mounting pattern and grille clearance; vehicle-specific mounting brackets or wiring adapters may be required.
